A Peak at My Crystal Ball for Investments


Happy new year and happy new decade. Are you happy with the decade you’ve had and is it going to be a happy decade for you. What do you think?

I am not saying necessarily that successful real estate investments guarantee happiness, unless are you like to cuddle with your condos and buildings at night. I know some people like that. My point is that with financial security you have the freedom to do what you like with your time, whatever makes you happy.

But where would you start ? how would you know where to invest ? how do you know you’re not throwing your money away ? how much money and effort do you need to invest ? who can tell you all these things?

I am lucky in that respect, because I have a crystal ball which tells me where to invest and gives me insight into the future. And you are very lucky too, because I am going to allow you to take a peek at my crystal ball. This crystal ball vision has been working out for me very well, my past decade has been a good investment decade. That’s why I take my crystal ball everywhere I go. If you’re wondering what this crystal ball is then focus, drum roll…..

Transit is my crystal ball! What is it you ask ? well we are lucky to be in a province and city or metropolis that has invested billions in the past decade in transit and will be be investing more billions in the next decade, and understands how important transit and public transportation is for the economy , for people, for jobs, as well as the environment.

Now, Real-Estate in proximity to transit is a good, solid investment. Thats a proven fact! It is very simple to look at the transit infrastructure in Toronto and to figure out where it’s going. Some of it has been completed, some is being completed and some will be completed in the future.

My crystal ball tells me, “follow the transit” and that’s what I’ve been doing for example, one of my favourite pockets which I like to invest in and I advise my investors to invest in, is the Vaughan Metro Center which has been blessed by subway stations and various other forms of transit. It is now being built and soon will become an emerging new downtown for the city of VAUGHAN.

Another place we like to invest in is along Eglinton Ave, West where the crosstown LRT is coming and will be completed in the next two years or around the new subway relief line planned for Toronto, to transport downtown traffic and commuters, it is now being finalized as we speak. Google it.
